Ozzy Osbourne was honored for his legendary contributions to his craft during music's biggest night.

During the In Memoriam segment of the 2026 Grammy Awards at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday (February 1), an all-star lineup of musicians paid tribute to the late Black Sabbath singer and songwriter, who passed away in 2025 at the age of 76.

With Duff McKagan on bass, Andrew Watt and Slash on guitar, Chad Smith behind the drums and Post Malone on vocals, the group rocked the stage in a passionate performance of "War Pigs" as Osbourne's family — including wife Sharon Osbourne, daughter Kelly Osbourne and son Jack Osbourne — tearfully looked on.

Osbourne passed away July 22, 2025, at the age of 76, weeks after his final performance alongside Black Sabbath at the Back to Birmingham benefit concert. His cause of death was later revealed to be the result of a heart attack with "joint causes" of coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction.

Once again hosted by comedian Trevor Noah, the 2026 Grammy Awards featured performances from artists like Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, Tyler, The Creator, Clipse and Pharrell Williams, Alex Warren, Leon Thomas, Addison Rae, sombr, KATSEYE, Olivia Dean, The Marías and more as well as tributes to legendary musicians like Ozzy Osbourne, D'Angelo and more.
