A German man who kicked a woman down the stairs where she landed on her face last year. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison. It was recently revealed that he was beaten while serving his sentence. According to reports, prisoners pulled t-shirts over their heads and bum rushed his cell when a guard routinely opened. The man will transferred to a different prison.
