A man who died and had 2.1 million dollars, didn't want his wife and kids to get anything. He said that she was financially comfortable. He left it all to two tennants that had been kind to him.
The judge rewrote the will and gave the wife a house her husband owned and extra cash on the side calling his will a “mistake.” Before his death, the husband promised his wife she’d be taken care of.
The man had apparently written 10 wills before his death, and had initially told his wife that she would be taken care of.
