Tattooed Man Tells Kids Where Babies Come From

In Florida, a heavily tattooed man allegedly climbed atop a playground set and started telling the kids where babies come from. This past Sunday Otis Ryan was at the park when he decided to climbed up on the jungle gym and announced to nearby kids in a "vulgar" manner, that babies come out of women.  As parents rushed to remove their kids from the scene, Otis here apparently was harassing adults, and made inappropriate comments towards women. Otis has been causing a disturbance in the area for years according to the police. He was charged with disorderly conduct, fined $118, and told to stay away from the park. Read The Full Story Here
