Man And His Monkey Get Caged By Cops

On Friday, Cody here found a car sitting in a driveway with the doors unlocked and the keys in the floor. Naturally, Cody thinks this s for him, so he takes the car. He then drives the car some 35 miles away, where he runs it off a parking lot, into a ditch. Cody then takes off running, and when the fuzz caught up to him, he had his pet monkey attached to his pink shirt. When asked, he told the cops that he had gotten the monkey from a breeder in South Carolina where he used to live. Since ole Cody here didn't have a permit for his monkey, the primate was then taken to a local sanctuary. Before deputies took off with his pet, they uncuffed Cody long enough to sign some paperwork, and kiss his monkey goodbye....yes...kiss him  ON THE LIPS goodbye.
