48-year-old Daryl Royal Riedel allegedly raised a can of Busch Beer and chugged it after being pulled over. Right before that he had been pulled over and then sped off after police atemped to stop him from driving with a suspended license. He then led them on a 2-mile chase before pulling over. The man told investigators that he was scared. Riedel has been convicted of 3 DUI's (a 4th from last year is still pending). He is currently in jail without bond and facing charges of felony DUI, fleeing from a deputy, driving with a suspended license and failure to submit a breath test. When asked why he was driving on a suspended licence he said “because I still have to work.”
