Police Looking For Man Caught Spanking A Hippo

Los Angeles police are searching for the man responsible for Spanking Rosie the Hippo. In the video captured by bystanders, you can see an unknown man climb over the enclosure wall, and sneakily make his way towards the two hippos. The an the reaches over and smacks the hippo on the ass, then flees back across the wall, jumping in celebration. Although the animal seemed unphased by the action, zoo officials released a statement saying "the zoo would like to remind everyone that it is never acceptable for any guest to enter the habitat of any animal at the zoo, excluding staff supervised animal encounters", It is a privilege to observe these rare and endangered species, but they are still wild animals, and their space must be respected."
