Man gets revenge on landlord by painting insulting sign

48-year-old Mark Nicol was a fish and chip shop owner renting from a landlord. After a dispute the man decided to paint "Greedy Landlord" on his shop as a last ditch effort to get back at him before exiting the premises. The man claims that the millionaire landlord tried to have the man evicted after he got a divorce and faced financial hardships. The landlord says this is untrue and that he didn't charge Nicol two months rent. Nicol said he refused to may the two months rent in protest, after learning that the landlord tried to have him evicted. Nicol saus "Once I've put up the sign, my landlord will repossess it - but then I'm just going to move next door anyway." He claims the man was heartless about the entire situation.
