A Woman is suing a mattress manufacturer for, according to her, a poorly made bed. She claims that during a sexual act when she changed positions, she swung her leg expecting to land on her back, instead bounced off, landing on her head:
“I was positioned kneeling over him, I was kneeling over him and my right hand was touching him, maybe my left hand was touching his leg. I was halfway down the bed. I spun around, I put my hand down and then I felt like I was catapulted off the back of the bed,” Ms. Busby told the court. "My head hit the floor, I fell to the side and then I heard like a spring in my body snap."
The mattress company denied responsibility, saying that this mother of four, regardless of her actions on the bed, if the bed were faulty in the way she describes, that accident wouldn't have occurred as she described.
