Police responded to an alarm call at 1 a.m., and when they got there, they found the front window broken. While investigating, they found a cash register in the back of the store in an alley, along with a back pack with 20 pairs of shoes, 18 shirts totaling $5,000 and the student ID of Manuel Ramirez. While investigating, police spotted a white Nissan cruising around the are behind the building, and decided to follow it home where they got a warrant, and searched the house and car, coming up with 7 more right foot Air Jordan's and a sweatshirt that said "call my lawyer". Manuel was taken in on grand larceny. According to the store owner, this is the third break in this year, and that he usually keeps the left shoes in a separate part of the store.
