a 72-year-old man was collecting wood when about 20 monkeys stoned him to death from the trees. The monkeys had collected the bricks from an abandoned building and stored them in the trees. The family of the man has filed a case against the monkey's but the police aren't sure what they could do with the complaint. Monkey attacks have been on the rise and the brother of the victim wants justice. he will probably be out of luck as monkey's are a protected species in India.
