In the New Jersey town of Franklin Township, an officer acting on a hunch busted a 68 year old man for dumping his load in the middle of the road. William Friedman was arrested after officers saw a box truck dump its load at 3 in the morning. Mr. Friedman told the officers it was from his grandson, and that he'd been leaving around town for the past 10 months without getting caught, citing it was a bit of a game. Back in June a biker was passing through the area, and crashed his bike after running over one of the dirty doo bags. The man suffered minor injuries, but his bike was totaled.
