In a arrest warrant it is alleged 30-year-old Arthur Posey walked into Willie’s Chicken Shack and asked an employee what time they closed. The employee told the man he didnt know and he said “Y’all about to close right now because I’m going to get a bomb and blow this place up.” The employee said the man was very angry when he said it. Posey said he wasn't making any threats, he just referring to going to the bathroom. The employee says Posey never said anything about going to the bathroom. Posey faces two counts of communicating false information of planned arson and need to appear in court for a competency hearing.
