59-year-old Earl Jethroe of Marrero walked into a Popeyes ordered a meal and then got mad over the condiments the employee provided. The man threw his chicken across the counter and then pulled a pistol from his waistband and pointed it at the employee. The weapon was not fired and no one was hurt. Authorities then found him at another restaurant yelling and he smelled like alcohol and was unsteady on his feet. He was arrested and charged with offenses including aggravated assault with a firearm.
