Bryan Stewart, of Florida, was arrested after he threatened to kill his neighbor with kindness.... the name of his machete. Two of Stewarts neighbors when to his house because they were concerned about the yelling and banging that had been going on all day. The man stepped out of his house with his arm raised with his machete with the word "kindness" written on it. One neighbor stepped in fron of the other to block him, and received a half inch cut on his hand. The cops were called and Stewart was arrested. He smelled of alcohol and had to be hit with a stun gun before he was put in the police car. While in the car he began kicking and banging his head. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill and aggravated batter. He is still behind bars in lieu of a 10k bond.
