Cops Catch Man Getting Fellated At Stop Light

In New Hampshire, detectives stopped at a red light got more than they were expecting for the day. Last Tuesday afternoon, Manchester P.D. Detectives were stopped at a red light when they look over and see 51 year old Michael Doulville, smoking crack while his female passenger brushed teeth while taking a little lap nap. When the two detectives approached the car and identified themselves, Mikey here took off. He was eventually stopped by a third officer, and arrested, while his female accomplice fled the scene, and was not located.
