Jason Windus put up a 6-foot fence to keep his 2 dogs in his yard. He said “I put this fence together for my dogs so that they had a place to run." He was then ordered to cut his $9,000 fence in half after a neighbor complained to the city. The neighbor said it obstructed the view of oncoming traffic for drivers at the intersection and the city agreed. Jason thought it wasnt fair because no other house in the neighborhood had to do the same to their fences. The city said for everyday he didnt cut his fence, he would be fined $500. He said "they freaked him out." So he complied but then decided to put a bunch of naked mannequins in his front yard. The display features a sign that says “Reserved seat for the nosey neighbor that complained about my fence to the city.”
