Dead Slug Responsible For Delaying 12,000 Japanese Railway Passengers

The Kyushu Railway Company was forced to delay 12,000 passengers after a freak power outage. A spokesperson for the railway said "we tracked down the device responsible for the power failure", they went on to say " we initially thought is was a bug, but it turned out to be a dead slug". The company was forced to cancel 26 trains and delay many others due to the incident. The slug was burned to death after it short circuited the device that was responsible for the outage. The spokesperson called the incident rare, and said "we often have trouble with deer colliding with the trains, but never a problem with slugs. Read The Full Story Here
