Couple Arrested For Oral Encounter

The weather is warming, spring break is happening, and the smell of love is in the air. According to police reports, 48 year old Grant Mulder, also known as Buddha, and his 41 year old girlfriend Lauren were chilling in the park, when they were spotted by police near a veterans memorial, doing more that honoring the fallen.
