Senate Candidate Smokes Marijuana In New Campaign Ad

A Louisiana Democrat running for Senate is seen puffing on a joint in his latest campaign ad. Gary Chambers released his ad titled "37 Seconds," where he addresses the racial differences of marijuana-related arrests and marijuana laws. In the ad Chambers mentions that black people are "four times more likely to be arrested for marijuana than white people." Chambers says his ad is not to promote the use of weed, but rather remove that negative association, and to forgive those who were charged on marijuana counts.
