A New Jersey funeral home is being sued for 50-million dollars for putting the wrong body in the casket at a woman's funeral. The Kim family has filed a lawsuit against the Blackley and Central Funeral Home in Ridgefield, claiming the woman in the casket was not their deceased grandmother. Kyung Ja Kim died in November at age 93. At first, her daughter says she assumed her mother looked younger because of the embalming process. She later found out the body in the casket was another Korean woman named Kim. The funeral director has apologized, and says Kyung Ja Kim was buried the next day.
