Back in February, 31 year old Jocelyn Bryant was hired to cater the wedding of Danya Svoboda, and that's where police found several of the guests high on the pot. They spoke with several guests who said the began feeling sick after eating the food provided by Jocelyn's catering service, Jocelyn's Southern Kitchen. After the guests were taken to the hospital while they were ripped, both Jocelyn and the bride were arrested, and the food confiscated at the venue tested positive for THC. Now the sister-in-law of the bride Virginia Ann Taylor-Svoboda is suing the caterer and the bride for knowingly allowing the food to be served while laced with weed. Virginia says she became ill and suffered serious, permanent injuries from the marijuana poisoning. She's looking for more than $30k in damages. Meanwhile, the bride and caterer are looking at felony charges of tampering with food, and sale or delivery of a controlled substance.
