The Foods That Make You Fart the Most

Fun fact – the human mouth is one of only two orifices that can make loud noises. The other is…well…you know. Here are the foods that can make that part of your body more “noisy.” You can avoid them to stave off embarrassment…or eat more of them to show off for your friends who are still mentally and emotionally in high school. Now, on with the farty foods list

  • Broccoli, cabbage, and fiber-heavy veggies
  • Oats/whole wheat bread
  • Milk, cheese, and yogurt
  • Apples, bananas, and peaches
  • Beans
  • Soda and seltzer water
  • Protein, in general
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Figs, prunes, and chestnuts
