The Seven Lowest Calorie Types Of Booze

Spring is on its way, and summer isn’t too far behind. With that in mind, now is the time to take steps to get your butt back in prime outdoor shape. Taking calories into account during your drinking festivities can help. Here are your seven lowest calorie options when it comes to booze.

  • Tequila/Rum/Vodka/Gin – Unless you’re doing a flavored option, you’re looking at 100 calories per shot at 80-proof.
  • Sake – It’s a fantastic option at 60 calories per shot.
  • Soju – It’s the Korean version of sake, and also runs around 60 calories per shot.
  • Light Beer – As beer tech advances, some have gotten the calorie content down to just 64 in a can. Most hover between 70 and 100.
  • Prosecco – The sparkling sibling to wine clocks in at about 80 calories per glass.
  • Hard Seltzer – Both White Claw and Truly boast 100 calories per can.
  • White Wine – On average, you’re looking at around 120 calories per glass.
