Every once and a while, you come across a news story about someone going online looking for a hitman…and actually finding an undercover cop. This one has a spin on that. Last week, in Augusta, New York, Hyunkook Korsiak was arrested after he’d allegedly caught the attention of the FBI when he “sent messages in which he expressed the desire to kill a person for money.” After a back-and-forth with an undercover agent that started in January, the price of $50K was agreed upon. From there, Korsiak was said to have traveled from Maine to New York, where he was met by the Feds…and not the cash.
