Court documents are revealing new details about the driver in a deadly crash that killed a newlywed bride in Folly Beach, South Carolina. It happened Friday night, killing Samantha Miller and seriously injuring her husband after their wedding reception. Police say Jamie Komoroski was driving a Toyota Camry at 65 miles per hour when it struck the golf cart the couple was in. An affidavit says Komoroski refused a field sobriety test and breath test, but told officers that on a scale of one to 10, with one being completely sober and 10 being completely impaired, she was at an eight. Blood samples were taken at the hospital and are being tested by SLED. Officers reported that Komoroski had trouble standing when getting out of her car. Komoroski had three speeding violations previously.
