JON GRUDEN’S NAME FLOATED FOR POSSIBLE STEELERS GIG

It’s been two years since Jon Gruden was booted from the NFL, and many wonder if he’ll ever be able to return. If he does, one possible gig is as offensive coordinator for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Steelers fans have become increasingly disenchanted with how Matt Canada’s been doing the job, as evidenced by the “Fire Canada” chat that broke out at the Pittsburgh Penguins home opener. A reader of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette asked reporter Gerry Dulac who might be able to step in and replace Canada, and Dulac floated Gruden’s name…also pointing out how he and coach Mike Tomlin were friends.
