Dad Banned from Helping with Elf on the Shelf After X-Rated Scene

A Nevada mom of four has gone viral for the unusual position her husband put their Elf on the Shelf in.

“When your husband is in charge of elf on the shelf!” Erisa Laska wrote in text over her 13-second clip, which has scored 2.8 million views since it was posted to TikTok last week.

The video, set to Eminem’s “Without Me,” shows the elf soaking in a bubbly bathroom sink with three dolls. A small empty bottle of Tito’s Handmade Vodka sits nearby. The elf is sporting his trademark cheeky smile.

“He is no longer in charge,” Laska declared in the caption, referencing her husband.

TikTok commenters appreciated the XXXmas scene.

“Hubby lived vicariously through the elf,” one user declared.

“Lol I bet he was quite proud of himself for that one,” another giggled.

“He played that right. He probably never wanted that duty,” a third user surmised.

The Post reached out to Laska for comment.

The Elf on the Shelf phenomenon dates back almost two decades to a picture book written by Carol Aebersold and her daughter, Chanda Bell.

The pair describe an elf that sits in people’s homes to report to Santa who has been good and who has been bad.

He hides in different spots around the home, which prompts parents to be creative with how and where the elf is positioned each day.

One TikToker went viral last year for showing her elf with a melted face, blaming her husband for sitting him on a light fixture.

Another mom thought she was being clever by having her elf make like a snow angel in flour — until her dog ate it.
