As we previously told you, embattled rocker Marilyn Manson might have thought he was out of the woods as a number of lawsuits against him were settled in court. But one appeals court recently said ‘not so fast’ in a decision that revived the goth rocker’s fight.
Ashley Walters, who launched a 2021 lawsuit against the singer with a number of charges including sexual assault and battery, has won the right to move forward with her case. A judge originally threw her case out citing failure “to invoke the delayed discovery rule.” But California’s Second Appellate District reversed that ruling and sent her claims back to trial.
