Los Angeles County officials have put down 13 dogs that killed their owner. Last week, a man was found dead from a mauling at his Compton home. Investigators believe his pit bulls got in a fight during feeding time and then turned on him. L-A County Sheriff's deputies say Dominic Cooper was breeding and selling pit bulls. Animal control officials told KTLA-TV that the dogs were destroyed because they posed a threat to the community.
