A Tulsa woman has been charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, accused of attacking someone with a knife, an axe and a baseball bat.
-The probable cause affidavit for 52 year old Kimberly Yuman says on September 2nd, 2023, she burst into a room, with a knife, where a woman was sleeping, calling that woman names.
-It says the victim locked herself in the room, but, Yuman broke in with an axe, blocking the victim's path and swinging the axe over her head.
-It says the victim ran outside and Yuman picked up a bat and put it to the victim's forehead, threatening to beat her with it.
-A witness reported seeing Yuman put a knife to the victim's eyes, while threatening her as well.
-It says Yuman was intially arrested for threatening a violent act but that charge was dismissed in October because the victim didn't cooperate.
-It says after further review, it was determined a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon would be filed.
-This is a charge, not a conviction.
