Americans love themselves some beer. In 2022, the beer business in the U.S. took in over $106 billion, and by 2032 that figure is expected to grow to over $154 billion. When you go state-by-state, you can get a clear picture of which areas are more beer-centric than others. A newly released map shows that North Dakota puts all the other 49 states to shame when it comes to a love of beer, downing 45.8 gallons of beer per capita. That translates to about 631 cans each year per person.
