Authorities in California have taken 21 children from a couple. On Tuesday, the Arcadia Police Department confirmed the children, all born via surrogate mothers, were placed in protective custody. Investigators say this is connected with a child abuse case involving a two-month-old baby with a traumatic head injury. A man and woman who live at a home with the children were arrested for felony child endangerment but have since been released. Police say the suspects were the kids' legal guardians.
