State Police videos contradict statements made by a Connecticut trooper in the case of a teen who was accused of going 130-miles-an-hour on I-91. The videos show the teen never told the trooper that he was speeding to get to a job interview, and that he claimed to be sleeping at the time of the incident. Dash cam video also shows the trooper did not pursue the speeding vehicle as he wrote in the charging documents. All charges were later dismissed, and State Police have apologized to the teen.
