Most of us have furry family members. So when they get sick and can't tell you what's hurting/wrong how much would you spend to get them back to feeling better? Most of us in the situation say "anything to keep Fido here, do it!" But sometimes it could cost you $1000's and they still cross the rainbow bridge.
Emergency veterinary care has skyrocketed (so has everything now), with a 2 day oxygen therapy stay costing nearly $3,000 for heart failure treatment for Mr. Fuzzy Jeans. That's rent, car, and food for 2 months. But we want to help our "Family" member out.
So when (not if) this happens to you what do you do? Many households sacrifice vacations and dining out to afford pet care, making pet insurance a necessity rather than luxury.
