Wow, I didn't think the guy would actually respond! I managed to piss off David Draiman of Disturbed and Device last night on Twitter. It started when I saw this:


This was captioning a picture of Draiman alongside the two other guys onstage (as well as David Ellefson of Megadeth, who was not credited). I found the top line - "THE ALL STAR JAM...MYSELF" - kind of counter to something my wife's Uncle Mark once told me about how people of status should comport themselves, and so I paraphrased:

Really didn't think I'd get his attention with that.  His backers joined in:

And then...Bam! (Here comes some language.)

Honestly, I was half asleep and had to look it up.  Hey, I have never been a fan of people who stir up trouble on Twitter, but I have to admit, this was kind of fun!  David, if you're reading this, no offense buddy, but I think all of us in the entertainment realm need the occasional ego check.  What do you think - who's out of line?

UPDATE: Just noticed that David has directed his Twitter fanbase of over 100,000 followers here to bag on me!  This is truly awesome!
