A man was so annoyed with his neighbors dog, a two year old welsh corgi, and constant barking that he decided to kill it. After the 62 year old man strangled the dog to death, he attempted to help the neighbor find the dog. With no avail, he invited the saddened neighbor over for drinks and some food. That is when he attempted to feed the neighbor his lost dog. The man declined and eventually was altered by another neighbor that witnessed the heartless act.
