A little boy ran away from home. When police found him and returned him to his home, they decided to have a look inside and what they found concerned them. Now the Mom and Dad are charged with 10 counts of neglect and abuse. The children reported being burn, and skin punctures from an air-soft gun. All ten children slept in one room. The police chief said that "torture occurred in this house" and it was carried out "for sadistic purposes. He his being held on 5.2 million dollar bond.
