Firefighters had to use a power saw to free a young woman's head after she got it stuck in an over-sized tailpipe. She was at Winstock Music Festival in Winsted, Minnesota. It is unclear how her head ended up in the tailpipe. The Sherrif says they young woman was cited for underage drinking and escorted out.
