A man in Michigan is charging people $5 for a ride in his horse and buggy. He has a hand painted sign and doesn't use a phone. The man says that those that want a sign will have to look for him out on the road and wave him down. His horse walker seems to be okay with it too. For the record he is not employed by Uber.
