After trying to work with the owner to make things better in the home, Animal Services removed over 100 snakes, and 400 rodents from a Texas home. 136 of those snakes were reticulated pythons and ball pythons. Two of the snakes were 10 inch pythons. The owner was a breeder and seller and wouldn't disclose to authorities how many animals he had, or succumb to improve living conditions, so they got a search warrant. Some of the animals were found in sacks in a shed and rubber tubs. The owner has 10 days to appear in court to keep the city from taking possession of the snakes.
