When troopers pulled over a couple last Thursday, they noticed a child was improperly restrained in the vehicle, when the officer talked to the child, the child reached under the seat, pulled out a zipper bag and opened it to show the cops the contents, which was marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The couple was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and the child was placed in child protective custody.
