Family Sues for $15M After Body Used for Medical Practice

A family of a man who passed away is suing the fire department for practicing intubation on the patriarch of the family without their consent.  In the processing of filing the $15 million lawsuits, it was discovered that it is normal practice for paramedics to practice on patients that recently died to receive certification. A total of twelve employees were disciplined over the incident and a division chief resigned, on the man's body while waiting for the funeral home.
