A man was placing flowers on train tracks on Monday where his acquaintance was killed not two before. As he was placing the flowers he was hit by a train going 70 mph. A witness said that he saw the man kneeling by the tracks when the train approached. The witness tried to alert the man, but to no avail, THe nearly 300 passengers on board were not injured.
