Blind Man Sues Playboy Over Its Website

A blind man is suing playboy.com and playboyshop.com because of its lack of compatibility for Blind People.  Those sites are not compatible with screen-reading software that turns web pages into Braille or computer voice.  The man is claiming that "cannot fully and equally use or enjoy the facilities, products, and services" offered, putting Playboy in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  It should be noted that the Justice Department has yet to release guidelines on how to make websites compliant with the ADA.
