The man who went viral Friday for buying $540 of Girl Scout cookies so they could get out of the cold has been arrested. Apparently, this 'Saint' was being watched by the DEA for importing heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl from Mexico. He has been arrested six times before and recently served two years in federal prison for cocaine possession. One of the other charges he is facing? Bulk cash smuggling. The DEA, who made the arrest, said that the cookie buying is unrelated, but they are saying the cookie buying falsley shine the light on his as a pillar of the community, but he is in fact a pariah of the community. Instead of helping the community, he delivered "immeasurable and untold pain to the scores of families who are dealing with opioid addiction."
