Man allegedly assaults driver who wouldn't stop singing Christmas carols

25-year-old Clayton Lucas was a passenger driving northeast of Pittsburgh when an altercation broke out. The driver of the car was singing christmas Clayton Lucas was a passenger in a car driving northeast of Pittsburgh when an altercation broke out. The driver of the car was singing Christmas carols which upset Lucas so much that he reached around the drivers seat and began to choke the man to the point where he almost lost consciousness. Pennsylvania State Police tried to arrest Lucas but he allegedly wouldn't cooperate and refused to listen to their orders. They eventually took him into custody where he was charged with aggravated assault.
