David Hefner who was walking toward an Arby's and of course was pleasuring himself while walking. Witnesses call the police and they found him inside the Arby's and arrested him for public indecency. Not sure what's in the fast food in Lincoln, Nebraska but that wasn't the only restaurant the police were called to. A 22-year-old guy named Kelly Savage from Lincoln went into a McDonald's carrying an 18-inch machete which he hid in his pants when someone called the cops. When they arrived he told them he was a lumberjack and that the machete was used for work. He was arrested on weapons charges.
