A Florida woman was arrested after she brought her estranged husband’s guns to the cops in fear he would use them against her. Seems that Courtney Irby made the move after her husband, Joseph Irby, was taken to jail for trying to run over her with a car. The couple is in the midst of a nasty divorce. However, when the police notified the husband of what she had done, he demanded that she be arrested for burglary. She was charged with armed burglary of a dwelling and two counts of grand theft of a firearm. She was jailed without bail for five days and six nights before a judge ordered her bail to be set at $5,000 last Friday when she was released. The police said they are just following the law.
