Baby Dies Following Positive Heroin Test, Injection Marks Being Found

A two-month-old Texas girl is dead after being found with injection marks and testing positive for heroin. Brixlee Marie Lee, who was found unresponsive in an apartment, was on life support at a hospital in Fort Worth before being pronounced dead. Investigators say the marks were on her extremities and head, leading to the arrest of mother Destiney Harbour, grandmother Christin Bradley and her boyfriend Dustin Smock. Police say the three took care of the infant after Harbour gave birth at home, and they never went to a hospital. A search warrant resulted in the finding of heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana and pills among other things. All three have been charged with causing serious bodily injury to a child.
